Steven Newby: Administrator

Howie AronsDirector of New York Tennis Academy

Unrivaled in his ability to inspire and motivate students, Howie built New York City's largest and most successful junior development program. He has coached Cardozo High School Tennis for the past 33 years, leading them to 18 NYC Public School Team Championships and 12 Mayor's Cup Tournaments. Howie has coached over 150 nationally ranked players and served as USTA National Coach in 1991 and 1997.

Bill Racho:  Director of Junior and Adult Programs

Bill has quickly established himself as one of the most creative and innovative Pros in the region.  His attention to detail and vast knowledge of the most current teaching techniques make him invaluable to the junior program.  Bill is proud to have started our outstanding and ever growing Quick Start program.

Marvin Jeffrey:  Competative Coordinator/Senior Teaching Professional

Marvin has been a standout tennis professional at Bay Terrace since 1998. He is currently coaching numerous tournament players and attends many junior events. In addition, Marvin is competing in Men's Open ETA tournaments and is ranked among the top players in his age group.

Wayne Morgan: Player Recruiter/Traveling Coach/Senior Teaching Professional

For 11 years Wayne has been coaching many of the area's top high school players. He routinely attends local tournaments with our juniors and organizes trips to national tournaments. Wayne has the unique ability to help juniors reach their competitive potential.

Brian Quiban:Marketing Coordinator/Senior Teaching Professional

Cunningham Tennis Center is proud to have Brian join our staff for the 2009-2010 season.  Brian was a standout player for both Brooklyn Tech High School and then later for Depaul University.  In just a short period of time he has established himself as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional.

Tamba SamasaSenior Teaching Professional

Tamba brings his seven years of world class tournament experience to the Cunningham Tennis Center.  During his career he has served as the Head Pro at both Stadium Tennis and Central Park Tennis.  Tamba has the remarkable ability to relate to players of all ages and ability in an energetic and encouraging manner.

Peter Kedrovic: Senior Tennis and Adult Program Coordinator/ Senior Teaching Professional

Peter was a 4-year starter for the Queens College Men's Team(1999-2003), a 4-year conference NYCAC Doubles Champion, and a co-team MVP for the 2002-2003 team. He won the 1997 New York City Catholic League Championship for Holy Cross High School, and was a member of the 1998-1999 Daily News NYC High School "All City Team". At Cuningham Sports Center Peter serves as Senior Tennis and Adult Program Coordinator.
